Orientation Session

Every candidate selected through LANDMARK Manpower Solution attends a pre-departure orientation session before leaving Nepal. The session is designed to reduce the culture shock and anxiety that can affect new workers in an unfamiliar country, so each candidate leaves fully informed rather than unprepared.

During orientation we walk candidates through their employment contract and job role, workplace rules and expectations in the destination country, basic local language phrases and customs, and the contact details of our in-country coordinators and the relevant Nepali embassy. We also cover practical matters such as currency and remittance options, and who to contact if a problem arises on the job. A worker who understands what to expect settles in faster and performs better.
